Story: In 2026, the newly built state-of-the-art Zenith City nuclear power plant suffered a massive meltdown due to a faulty power cuplink, earning Zenith City a spot on the very short list of cities that have suffered from a nuclear disaster. However, this one makes Chernobyl look like a petting zoo, for Zenith City is populated with the most dastardly, blood-thirsty maniacs the world has ever seen...Luxers. They saw the impending chaos caused by the spreading radiation as the perfect opportunity to seize control of the city. Civil order has broken down as the marauding gangs take over the city street, by bloody street! Strap on your sawn-off shotgun and take control of one of the gangs! Zenith City is yours!
